StudioCap is in active development and provided as is. Features may change and things may break. Keep your own backups of recordings that matter to you.

You own everything you record. We claim no rights over your recordings. When you share a recording through the cloud, once that is available, you grant only what is needed to store it and serve it to the people you send the link to.

Use StudioCap to record work you have the right to record. Do not use it to capture people or material without the permission the law requires where you are.

To the extent the law allows, StudioCap is provided without warranty. We are not liable for lost recordings or data. This is why crash-safe segments and your own backups matter.

These terms will be finalized before general release. Material changes will be noted on this page. Questions can go through the contact page.
